Refund policy

At Felcan Pet, we stand behind the quality of our supplements. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all seals intact.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@felcanpet.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
